By registering for the Learning Disabilities Association of Montgomery County conference, I am granting full permission of LDAMC and conference sponsors or exhibitors to use photos of my participation in this event without liability or obligation to me.
I understand and agree that The Learning Disabilities Association, its representatives, and members, and the venue (Universities at Shady Grove) are not liable for or limited to any loss or damage to persons or property and agree to hold them harmless for any and all damage or injury.

✤ Members of LDA (national, MD, or MC) will be given 5 free raffle tickets on the day of the event
✤ A limited number of reduced rate scholarships are available to teachers, teachers-in-training, and parents willing to volunteer for us on the day of the event
✤ All cancellation requests must be received in writing. Cancellations received by March 31, 2018 will be subject to a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be given after March 31, 2018.
